Informed Choice
You deserve the time and the knowledge to make properly informed decisions — not under pressure in a 15-minute appointment.
Pregnancy is not a medical condition. It is one of the most expansive, transformative experiences of a woman’s life and it deserves care that honours that.
I offer private antenatal care from my clinic in South Golden Beach for women who want to move through their pregnancy feeling genuinely informed, deeply supported, and truly known. Not rushed through a system. Not handed from provider to provider. Known.

What Care Looks like
An appointment is up to 90 minutes.
Enough time to actually talk, to ask the questions you’ve been sitting with, to understand what’s happening in your body and why, and to make decisions that feel right for you rather than decisions that were made for you.
I see you as a whole woman. Your physical health, your emotional landscape, your intuition, your history, your hopes for this birth. All of that is woven into the care I provide.

Clinical Support
Clinically, I take care of everything.
I order and interpret your ultrasounds and blood work, liaise directly with your hospital and any other practitioners involved in your care, and collaborate with your chosen place of birth so that in most cases you won’t need to attend hospital antenatal appointments at all.
I handle the system, so you can focus on your pregnancy.

Antenatal Appointments
The appointments are about far more than the clinical picture.
We talk about how you’re nourishing yourself — what you’re eating, how you’re sleeping, how your body is feeling. We talk about birth preparation in the fullest sense — not just logistics, but how you are moving, breathing, and regulating your nervous system as you prepare for one of the most powerful physical experiences of your life.
If you’ve given birth before and are carrying something from that experience, there is space for that too.
Your partner is welcome, included, and considered.
